About Us

We are a family of four.  Brandon and I met in college and were married in 2001.  Since then we have lived in Michigan, Colorado, and Utah.  We have two sons, Patrick, who is four and Henry who turned one in May of 2011.  They keep us busy, but we have fallen in love with parenting boys and couldn't imagine life any other way.  

In 2008 we appointed as missionaries to Argentina with and organization called WorldVenture.  We have spent the last three years raising our support and developing ministry partners in order to move overseas.  This spring brought a change of heart and a change in ministry.  We spent three weeks in Uganda and Rwanda this last summer and are looking forward to returning there to work full-time with an aid organization called Hope Alive!  Hope Alive! works specifically with orphans and fragile families.  One of their main objectives is to impact deeply the lives of the children—physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually—in order to see them transformed by the healing hope of Jesus Christ.  Hope Alive! works closely with local churches to break the cycle of poverty plaguing these children and their families and to share the love of Christ with them.  We are thrilled to be a part of this organization and can't wait to see what the future holds.
